Return and Exchange Policy

 

Returns

At the moment, Novel Kind does not accept returns. Each order is packaged to go without the intent of returns. Please be sure to look at the size chart before purchasing or reach out to us if you have questions about an item. We will get back to you as soon as possible. If an item is defective, please see “Exchanges”.

 

Refunds

Novel Kind does not offer refunds. Please see “Exchanges”.

 

Exchanges

Please review the size guide and unisex size conversion chart before making a purchase. Unisex sizes run a little bigger than women’s sizes, so we recommend women going down one size, but understand that you know your body.

If an item is defective, we will replace it with the item in the same size. If we are sold out, we will offer a refund. If you miss a drop, we will offer a different product. In order to return a defective item, it must be unused and in the same packaging before sending it back. The item must be sent back within 14 days of purchase. 

We cannot adjust the price on a return, only offer a new one.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
